Partner Engagement Specialist, TRANSCOM

Work directly with TRANSCOM to drive successful adoption of Onebrief and sustain long-term value. You’ll onboard military staff into the tool, provide face-to-face and remote support during exercises and day-to-day operations, and troubleshoot issues with coordination from product engineering. You’ll capture user feedback, recommend improvements, and help support retention and growth as different headquarters communities increase their proficiency with the platform.
