Senior Professional Nurse - Critical Care

Provide safe, high-quality patient care in a critical care unit by mitigating clinical risks and meeting established quality standards. Support the Unit Manager to manage the client experience and coordinate care delivery. Oversee staffing resources to ensure optimal supply and utilization, and empower team competence through continuous assessment, development, and mentorship of new and student nurses. Assist with operational expense management, including stock and capital.
