Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide technical leadership and accountability for delivering and driving adoption of the integration strategy within the Global Horizon programme.
  • •Lead adoption of modern integration patterns including event-driven architecture and API-first design.
  • •Establish and maintain integration standards, frameworks, and best practices for interoperability.
  • •Oversee API lifecycle management across design, governance, security, and performance.
  • •Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and data privacy requirements, including risk mitigation and governance of integration architectures.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience as a Lead Integration Architect or Senior Solution Architect in financial services.
  • •Strong knowledge of integration technologies including API gateways, messaging systems (e.g., Kafka/MQ), and ESB/iPaaS platforms.
  • •Experience designing APIs, event-driven architectures, and microservices, including integration of legacy banking systems with modern digital platforms.
  • •Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and hybrid integration patterns, including support for cloud migration initiatives.
  • •Strong understanding of security protocols (OAuth2, OpenID Connect, TLS) and EU regulatory frameworks such as GDPR and DORA.
