Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct regular quality checks on agents and products and issue quality assessments with constructive feedback.
  • •Draft and submit reviews based on defined criteria and ensure required details are accurately documented.
  • •Collaborate with operational teams, compliance, and other departments to ensure suspicious activity reports are accurate, documented, and escalated.
  • •Stay up to date on financial crime regulations and regional best practices, including country risks and typologies.
  • •Safeguard sensitive information with high confidentiality and integrity, and participate in training to maintain product and process knowledge.

Key Requirements

  • •Prior professional experience in compliance operations and/or quality control (financial crime domain).
  • •Demonstrated operational experience in financial crime disciplines, ideally transaction monitoring/analysis or suspicious activity reporting in a financial services environment.
  • •Strong attention to detail to maintain accurate, consistent reports even under pressure and tight deadlines.
  • •Analytical skills to review financial transactions, identify patterns, and make reasoned decisions using risk indicators.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication for case reviews and providing constructive feedback.
