Job Summary

Join the Client Success team to guide onboarding and website launches for top luxury real estate professionals. You’ll manage up to 60 active clients, run 3–4 Zoom calls per day to gather input and set expectations, and translate client vision into actionable steps for internal teams. Track timelines, resolve blockers, maintain CSAT and review targets, and coordinate with the Product Fulfillment team to build and connect IDX feeds—delivering white-glove service through launch.

•Manage a book of up to 60 active clients from kickoff through website launch.

•Monitor project timelines and proactively address delays or blockers before they impact clients.
•Document client interactions and task management in Salesforce, coordinating with Product Fulfillment to build and connect IDX feeds.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 55,000 annually

Key Requirements

•0–2 years of experience in software implementation, media agency work, or creative/client operations.
•Experience coordinating client calls, meetings, and projects in a fast-paced environment.
•Strong empathy for clients with a high bar for the experience you deliver.
•Ability to think on your feet and find solutions when plans change.
•Familiarity with Squarespace, Shopify, or WordPress (plus).
