Job Summary

Lead the design and delivery of Korea total rewards, driving compensation cycles, benefits strategy, vendor management, and timely execution. Serve as a trusted advisor to HR, Finance, and business leaders to balance market competitiveness with business priorities and budgets. Partner with global Rewards and Benefits COEs to align enterprise programs with local needs, using data analytics and change management to improve processes, adoption, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

•Drive Korea’s total rewards strategy and execution, including annual compensation cycles and benefits program and vendor management.
•Advise leadership, business HR, and Finance to ensure rewards solutions balance market competitiveness with business priorities and budget constraints.
•Collaborate with global Rewards and Benefits COE to align programs and ensure seamless local execution.
•Manage compensation and benefits milestones on time, improve end-to-end processes and employee/customer experience, and apply data analytics for decision support.
•Lead change management and communications for rewards rollouts, support employee education, update country benefits site and enrollment platform, and promote wellness programs while ensuring statutory compliance and audit readiness.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•10+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits/Total Rewards roles in technology or multinational, matrixed organizations.
•Deep expertise in Korea statutory requirements and aligning local programs with global frameworks.
•Advanced data analytics, modeling, and compensation planning skills.
•Track record managing annual rewards and renewals cycles, benefits program design and execution, and vendor relationships.
•Proven stakeholder engagement, change management, communications, and an audit-ready approach to compliance and governance.
