Key Responsibilities

  • •Greet customers and assist them in selecting products that meet their needs while driving conversions.
  • •Promote loyalty programs and cross-sell across brands within the group to increase sales.
  • •Adhere to the GUEST model (Greet, Understand, Explain, Sell, Thank) to deliver top-tier service.
  • •Maintain grooming standards and stay informed about brand and product knowledge to minimize stock loss and provide accurate recommendations.
  • •Operate POS transactions, balance till, process payments, and ensure security and loss-prevention policies are followed.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (ideally) with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • •Previous experience in a sales role is preferred.
  • •Flexible to work extended hours during peak periods.
  • •Excellent product knowledge and ability to explain features, benefits, and care instructions.
