Job Summary

Represent the brand in a customer-focused retail role at Avenue Mall Bahrain, driving sales and delivering exceptional service. You'll maintain store standards, assist in visual merchandising, operate the POS, and support inventory and promotions while adhering to store policies and collaborating with the Store Manager and team.

Key Responsibilities

•Greet customers and assist them in selecting products that meet their needs while driving conversions.
•Promote loyalty programs and cross-sell across brands within the group to increase sales.
•Adhere to the GUEST model (Greet, Understand, Explain, Sell, Thank) to deliver top-tier service.
•Maintain grooming standards and stay informed about brand and product knowledge to minimize stock loss and provide accurate recommendations.
•Operate POS transactions, balance till, process payments, and ensure security and loss-prevention policies are followed.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree (ideally) with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
•Previous experience in a sales role is preferred.
•Flexible to work extended hours during peak periods.
•Excellent product knowledge and ability to explain features, benefits, and care instructions.
•Ability to upsell, cross-sell, and maintain store standards and stock accuracy.
