Job Summary

Lead the Global Digital Workplace & Roof Services teams in India, driving day-to-day innovation, build, and operations for digital workplace deliverables. Own delivery, budget, supplier management, risk/issue management, and change control support while maintaining export compliance. Serve as the key link between European and India teams, develop product strategy aligned to domain goals, and ensure Digital Workplace and Roof services meet time, cost, and quality expectations across India and South Asia.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the India Digital Workplace & Roof Services teams and develop team members toward department ambitions.
•Manage operational deliverables including delivery, budget, supplier management, and risk/issue management with change control support.
•Develop and maintain product strategy aligned to the Digital Workplace domain strategy and ensure projects are delivered on time, cost, and quality.
•Manage project scope, escalations, resources, and assignment across internal and supplier teams, including overall cost/budget estimation and control.
•Ensure export control compliance and represent Digital by promoting its vision, value, and services across India & South Asia.

Key Requirements

•Graduate/Post Graduate with 15+ years of experience developing and delivering software services and applications in a global environment.
•In-depth knowledge of Digital Workplace applications and practices including SNOW, app catalogue, virtualization, and analytics/data visualization.
•Knowledge of Agile/SAFe principles and Service Management best practices.
•Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and engage staff while managing and influencing key stakeholders at all levels.
•Knowledge of aerospace domain and strong written/verbal communication skills, including presentations in English.
