Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the India Digital Workplace & Roof Services teams and develop team members toward department ambitions.
  • •Manage operational deliverables including delivery, budget, supplier management, and risk/issue management with change control support.
  • •Develop and maintain product strategy aligned to the Digital Workplace domain strategy and ensure projects are delivered on time, cost, and quality.
  • •Manage project scope, escalations, resources, and assignment across internal and supplier teams, including overall cost/budget estimation and control.
  • •Ensure export control compliance and represent Digital by promoting its vision, value, and services across India & South Asia.

Key Requirements

  • •Graduate/Post Graduate with 15+ years of experience developing and delivering software services and applications in a global environment.
  • •In-depth knowledge of Digital Workplace applications and practices including SNOW, app catalogue, virtualization, and analytics/data visualization.
  • •Knowledge of Agile/SAFe principles and Service Management best practices.
  • •Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and engage staff while managing and influencing key stakeholders at all levels.
  • •Knowledge of aerospace domain and strong written/verbal communication skills, including presentations in English.
