Job Summary

Lead the strategy, implementation, and continuous improvement of Scale AI’s finance technology stack, blending enterprise architecture with AI automation to eliminate manual workflows and optimize the financial close, revenue, and spend lifecycle. Serve as the primary tech partner to Finance leadership, ensuring reliability, scalability, and intelligent systems across ERP, Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and related tooling.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the full lifecycle of ERP (NetSuite or equivalent) including architecture, configuration, integrations, and roadmap to support GL, AP, AR, P2P, Fixed Assets, Revenue Recognition, Sales Audit, and International Consolidations
•Drive end-to-end process excellence across Order-to-Cash and Procure-to-Pay, identifying gaps and closing them through disciplined integration design
•Identify opportunities to replace manual finance workflows with AI/LLM-powered agents and manage internal agents for forecasting, variance analysis, close tasks, and reconciliation
•Design scalable data flows and APIs connecting ERP to finance tools (billing, expense, FP&A, treasury) into a cohesive, auditable ecosystem
•Establish disciplined change management, data governance, and measurable SLAs across financial systems to support audit readiness and SOX compliance

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 198,400 - 248,000 annually

Key Requirements

•8+ years of experience leading finance systems or enterprise application functions in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
•Deep, hands-on knowledge of ERP platforms (NetSuite strongly preferred) across core modules: GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Revenue Recognition, Procure-to-Pay, Sales Audit, and International Consolidations
•Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash and Procure-to-Pay process design, including the touchpoints between upstream sales/procurement systems and the ERP
•Proven track record designing and deploying AI/LLM-powered workflows or agentic systems to improve Finance team efficiency
•Ability to design and govern scalable integrations and data flows across SaaS tools
