Job Summary

Lead quality and laboratory operations at Platin Works by ensuring timely sampling, testing, and accurate data management. Key Responsibilities

•Ensure sampling, testing, result recording, and subsequent data management are completed on time and to the highest standard.
•Manage and lead the laboratory team, including people management responsibilities.
•Oversee outsourced testing of products for internal and external needs.
•Calibrate laboratory equipment and maintain product conformity to I.S EN 197 and I.S EN 15167.
•Maintain the ISO 9001 quality management system, compile the weekly quality report, and support troubleshooting for kiln process/chemical issues.

Key Requirements

•Third-level chemistry qualification or considerable knowledge and experience of laboratory operations.
•3 to 5 years’ experience in a similar role within a manufacturing working environment.
•Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
•Proven technical skills and strong commercial acumen.
•Excellent IT skills (MS Office) with strong attention to detail and the ability to meet production deadlines.
