  • •Develop and manage maintenance programs by building daily, weekly, and short-term schedules, converting approved maintenance plans into executable programs.
  • •Optimize resource utilization and equipment availability by coordinating planned shutdowns and ensuring readiness of labor, workshops, equipment, spare parts, tools, and resources.
  • •Ensure scheduled work is executed effectively by checking work preparation, monitoring schedule adherence, making necessary adjustments, and managing resource conflicts.
  • •Coordinate stakeholders and operational priorities through maintenance scheduling meetings, communicating schedule changes, and prioritizing maintenance using a risk-based approach.
  • •Ensure compliance by supporting major shutdowns and fleet maintenance campaigns while meeting safety standards and regulatory requirements and participating in operational readiness activities.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Maintenance Engineering, with a recognized certification in planning, project management, lifting, or maintenance management systems.
  • •At least 3 years of experience in maintenance scheduling in mining, heavy industry, or mobile fleet maintenance.
  • •Strong understanding of maintenance work management principles and experience with GMAO systems (SAP, AMT, or equivalent).
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Project and solid knowledge of reliability-centered maintenance principles.
  • •Excellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational skills, with strong prioritization and attention to detail.
