Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with VP of Sales and sales leadership to establish go-to-market strategy and regional sales and growth goals.
  • •Identify, cultivate, and procure new and existing channel business using established partner relationships within the assigned region.
  • •Own the channel sales cycle, including prospecting, qualifying, demonstrating solutions, negotiating, and closing sales.
  • •Prepare agent and customer sales proposals and meet sales goals per deal.
  • •Educate subagents on CommandLink products, processes, and the partner lifecycle to activate new subagents and expand customer relationships.

Key Requirements

  • •3–5 years of channel management experience in the mid to large business market segment, including managing or working with partners.
  • •Proven track record of success in a hunter/seller role for new business and growing partner-channel opportunities.
  • •Established relationships with partner channels in vertical markets, including managed service providers and IT consultants.
  • •Proficiency with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and ability to learn proprietary CRM tools.
  • •Excellent written and oral communication skills with strong presentation and training experience (plus).
