Key Responsibilities

  • •Architect and implement scalable, high-availability MongoDB solutions including replica sets, sharded clusters, Atlas deployments, and disaster recovery architectures.
  • •Design, implement, and manage MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and Elasticsearch environments across development, staging, and production.
  • •Own 24x7 production database operations with accountability for uptime, reliability, and SLA compliance.
  • •Diagnose and resolve complex database incidents, execute failovers and recovery, perform root-cause analysis, and ensure business continuity.
  • •Monitor performance and optimize query patterns, indexes, aggregation pipelines, and high-volume workloads with millions of records.

Key Requirements

  • •8–12 years of database engineering, DBRE, DBA, or related experience.
  • •5+ years of hands-on MongoDB production support experience.
  • •Deep expertise in replica sets, sharding, Atlas, replication, failover, query tuning, and aggregation framework.
  • •Strong PostgreSQL and Elasticsearch administration and performance tuning experience.
  • •Cloud experience on Azure, AWS, or GCP with strong Linux administration skills.
