Key Responsibilities

•Lead and develop the Bro & Anläggningskonstruktion group, ensuring high performance and knowledge sharing.
•Develop and implement the unit's strategy, working with the Unit Lead to drive growth and service offerings locally.
•Serve as the lead on client assignments, ensuring quality delivery and client satisfaction.
•Oversee sales and bidding activities, contributing to business development and tender success.
•Collaborate with international colleagues (e.g., India, Romania) to support cross-border projects.

Key Requirements

•You have at least a bachelor’s degree in engineering with a focus on bridge and civil construction, or a comparable education in infrastructure or urban planning.
•You should have professional experience as a consultant, contractor, project manager, or similar in bridge and civil construction, with a solid understanding of the industry.
•You are structured, engaged and business-driven with strong communication, and you are used to leading and distributing tasks within a project group.
•You have very good skills in Swedish (and English) as the language of communication is Swedish and English is used in international contexts.
•You will be responsible for leading a group, developing the department, and participating in sales and bidding activities.
