Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure all dive-related equipment is safe, serviceable, and operating as intended; report to the Manager – Dive Operation.
  • •Lead day-to-day technical management of diving equipment including inspection, testing, servicing, troubleshooting, and repairs.
  • •Plan equipment requirements for current and future dive center assets and provide technical support to other locations to maintain consistent standards.
  • •Support pre-opening setup by preparing, setting up, and commissioning dive center equipment and related technical components, including maintenance schedules and technical documentation.
  • •Maintain high equipment operating standards post-opening by completing servicing/repairs within timelines, keeping accurate inspection and maintenance records, and coordinating spare parts and consumables availability.

Key Requirements

  • •Recognized dive equipment servicing certification (e.g., PADI Equipment Specialist, PSI-PCI Visual Cylinder Inspector, or manufacturer-approved technician certification).
  • •Recognized breathing-air compressor technician certification (e.g., Bauer Compressor Technician, Coltri Compressor Technician, or equivalent).
  • •Certified cylinder technician with knowledge of inspection, testing, handling, and maintenance requirements.
  • •Proven experience servicing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing dive equipment, compressors, cylinders, and related technical assets.
  • •Strong knowledge of diving health, safety, quality, and environmental requirements, including Valid Fit to Dive Medical certification.
