Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate and manage single and multiple rig projects to ensure efficient execution and delivery.
  • •Collaborate with senior project managers on larger integrated projects while developing project management expertise.
  • •Lead projects spanning multiple Product Service Lines (PSLs) and selected third-party service providers.
  • •Conduct performance review meetings, implement management systems, and drive corrective actions based on investigations and risk mitigation.
  • •Maintain accurate daily operations reports in OpenWells and monitor project performance against PSL and project KPIs.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics (STEM) or a related discipline.
  • •Minimum 3 years of relevant project, operational, or engineering experience.
  • •Minimum 2 years of full-time experience in the oil and gas industry.
  • •Strong leadership, project coordination, stakeholder management, and client-facing skills.
  • •Ability to apply technical/operational expertise gained from STEM education and oil & gas experience.
