Lead global RTR processes within Pandora's Global Process Owner (GPO) organization, shaping standardization, IFRS compliance, and value realization across end-to-end financial close and reporting. Drive continuous improvement, automation, and ERP transformation (SAP S/4HANA). Partner with Finance, IT, and leadership to ensure sustainable, well-governed processes and a future-proof rollout across markets.

Key Responsibilities

•Own and drive continuous improvement initiatives across global RTR processes (e.g., close optimization, automation, reconciliations, intercompany).
•Identify opportunities for process digitization and simplification leveraging SAP capabilities, analytics, and automation.
•Maintain and evolve the global RTR process standards, ensuring compliance with IFRS, local statutory requirements, and internal control frameworks.
•Define process KPIs, policies, and documentation standards (process maps, RACIs, SOPs, controls).
•Represent the RTR area as a Subject Matter Expert within collaborating projects across the organization which can include new technology implementation, risk and control environment, and new business models

Key Requirements

•8-10 years of solid professional experience in the Record-to-Report process within SSC/BPO structures (including GL, consolidation or reporting, finance process improvement)
•Deep knowledge of IFRS, consolidation, intercompany, and financial reporting processes
•Strong ERP experience, preferably SAP S/4HANA, and other systems related to RTR
•Global/end-to-end mindset with strong communication and presentation skills
•Leadership experience in talent development, empowerment, and fostering accountability and excellence
