Job Summary

Lead pre-sales technical design for enterprise data and AI solutions centered on Salesforce D360 and the Agentforce platform. Serve as a hands-on technical architect and trusted advisor, shaping generative AI and agent interoperability best practices, creating prompts and lifecycle strategies, and building prototypes and demos. Partner with AEs, SEs, and product teams to integrate Data Cloud with CRM, MuleSoft APIs, and external agent ecosystems while ensuring scalable, secure, and governed architectures.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead pre-sales technical design by analyzing customer needs and recommending solutions aligned with Agentforce capabilities and external agent integrations.
•Drive best practices for generative AI and agent interoperability, including prompt engineering and agent lifecycle strategy.
•Collaborate with AEs and SEs to build hands-on prototypes and demos integrating Agentforce with external agents or services.
•Oversee technical architecture decisions for D360, including data modeling, identity resolution, data graph design, and activation strategies.
•Own technical enablement by creating technical documentation and knowledge bases to support internal technical inquiries.

Key Requirements

•7+ years designing and delivering data, analytics, and AI architectures for enterprise environments.
•Hands-on Salesforce expertise, including Salesforce Agentforce and deep fluency with D360 and core Salesforce platform services.
•Strong understanding of external agent ecosystems and interoperability, including integrating external agents into Agentforce.
•Experience with prompt engineering, agent lifecycle management, and hands-on prototype development.
•Deep knowledge of modern cloud data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, Redshift) and data ingestion patterns (batch, streaming, CDC).

Education:Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science
