Job Summary

Provide first-line managed services to keep client IT infrastructure and systems operational by monitoring for incidents, investigating and resolving technical problems, and restoring service within SLA. You’ll monitor client environments, identify root causes, execute approved maintenance (patching/configuration changes), support incident escalation and reporting, and maintain knowledge articles while supporting shift handovers and occasional project/DR test activities.

Key Responsibilities

•Monitor client infrastructure and solutions to ensure service continuity.
•Identify problems/errors and proactively recognize common incidents and opportunities to reduce them.
•Investigate first-line incidents, determine root cause, and ensure efficient resolution of incidents and requests.
•Fulfill approved requests and execute approved maintenance activities such as patching and configuration changes.
•Follow shift handover procedures, report and escalate incidents when necessary, and update or create knowledge articles.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent qualification/work experience) in Information Technology/Computing.
•CCNA or equivalent certification.
•Entry-level experience or completion of a relevant intern program.
•Troubleshooting and providing support for network/data center/systems/storage administration and monitoring services in a medium to large ICT organization.
•Basic knowledge of management agents, redundancy concepts, and products within the supported technical domain (e.g., Network, Data Center, Telephony, Exchange, Storage, Cloud, Backup).
