Mortgage Loan Officer

Originate residential 1st mortgage loans for outside referrals, owning the end-to-end process from application through closing. Develop and maintain referral relationships, gather applicant documentation, and manage the loan pipeline while providing timely updates. Apply conventional/government lending guidelines, follow underwriting and closing procedures, use Fannie Mae Form 1003 with supporting tools, and communicate with branches and applicants. Meet management sales and cross-selling objectives while adhering to risk and compliance expectations.
