•Establish the standard for ROI analysis across R&D; lead business case development for new product launches and feature investments to help prioritize the R&D roadmap based on financial returns and strategic value.
•Translate long-term product strategy into a sustainable, repeatable financial framework that underpins our Long-Range Planning (LRP) scenarios.
•Partner closely with R&D leadership to assess product performance and evaluate roadmap investments over both short- and long-term horizons.
•Provide strategic financial insights to guide investment decisions and drive optimal resource allocation across the product portfolio.
•Collaborate cross-functionally to identify growth levers, optimize margin drivers, and improve structural cost efficiencies.

•Excellent business acumen and ability to influence stakeholders with data-driven insights
•Proficiency in financial planning tools (Anaplan) and comfort working with large datasets
