Key Responsibilities

•Recruit, train, and manage SDRs or Account Executives as a coach and strategist.
•Set and achieve ambitious team goals to cultivate a high-morale, high-performance sales culture.
•Train and mentor team members on sales strategies, scripting, and remote sales processes.
•Optimize team productivity by managing sales campaigns and streamlining SDR/AE workflow and operations.
•Surface key insights from sales conversations and feedback to improve pitches, processes, and training opportunities.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of outbound/cold-calling sales experience and 2–3 years of direct people management experience with a sales team.
•Experience recruiting, motivating, and influencing a team to foster a positive and collaborative sales environment.
•Proven ability to create scalable sales processes and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
•Proficiency with CRM and sales tools; Salesforce experience is a plus.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly and persuasively articulate product benefits and features.
