Job Summary

Support the Strategic Portfolio Management function within Wealth Management by assisting in financial and human resource demand, business case development, and performance management. Engage with senior leaders, product, and technology partners to align initiatives, drive change, and optimize the portfolio with clear priorities and outcomes.

Job Function: Strategy & Corporate Development

Key Responsibilities

•Create, improve, and/or manage multiple strategic processes including business case development, performance goal setting and management, and ROI/value realization framework
•Coordinate and facilitate governance forums where initiative business cases are presented for investment consideration. Facilitate completion of business cases by requesting teams.
•Meet with WM leadership to gather, understand and maintain a future-focused initiative list.
•Coordinate and prepare quarterly WM capital presentation materials
•Work with initiative owners to define overarching goals using the OKR framework. Actively maintain OKRs and create summary reporting, as needed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 83,100 - 141,300 annually

Key Requirements
