Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain stable, scalable, secure production and staging environments and improve reliability through automation and runbooks.
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and provide solutions.
  • •Implement deployment policies, configuration management, and capacity planning to support rapid growth.
  • •Ensure observability through monitoring and alerting to keep engineers informed of issues.
  • •Troubleshoot issues across the stack (software, apps, network) and manage project priorities in a self-organizing team.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 1,500,000 - 2,500,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years Linux server administration (patching, packaging, performance tuning, networking, user management, security)
  • •2+ years implementing highly available, secure, scalable, self-healing systems on Azure
  • •Strong networking knowledge in cloud environments and good understanding of CI/CD
  • •Experience implementing security best practices (Azure recommendations)
  • •Proficiency with Bash and at least one high-level scripting language
