Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain holistic capacity and staffing visibility across all task orders (roles, skills, locations, clearances, utilization).
  • •Partner with Lead Agilist and Scrum Masters to support sprint planning, adjust staffing for scope changes, and ensure sustainable Agile execution.
  • •Own master scheduling for MVI events across task orders and coordinate activities with TO leads, QA, and operations to minimize conflicts.
  • •Monitor demand signals and forecast surge support needs, including rotation/bench planning and recommendations for staff reallocation.
  • •Define and refine PMO processes and support tools for capacity forecasting, training tracking, staffing requests, and accurate reporting to leadership.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum bachelor’s degree in information technology or information management, or eight years of comparable work experience.
  • •TS/SCI with Polygraph.
  • •5+ years of experience in a fast-paced Agile development environment.
  • •5+ years of experience leading teams with demonstrated ability to plan, organize, and implement significant strategic initiatives.
  • •Experience coordinating schedules, workflows, and cross-team planning, including backlog management and documentation.
