Provide in-person and phone customer service for event ticketing at Jiffy Lube Live, handling will call, guest lists, troubleshooting, and ADA-related needs. Ensure accurate cash handling and nightly reconciliation of ticket sales, support pricing and ticket distribution processes, and manage daily operations on the Ticketmaster host system. Maintain box office procedures, cleanliness, shift procedures, and supporting admin tasks like logs, spreadsheets, and lost-and-found tracking.
