Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist in designing test fixtures, test setups, and test stands for production and development.
  • •Independently fabricate instrumentation and electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems per specifications.
  • •Independently troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems and perform tests per procedures.
  • •Summarize and distribute test data and collaborate with engineers to develop and document test procedures.
  • •Lead anomaly investigations, identify and implement process improvements, and provide production testing support as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalency certificate.
  • •3+ years of professional experience in a hands-on manufacturing environment.
  • •Ability to read and understand electro-mechanical schematics.
  • •Ability to install and operate instrumentation including strain gages, deflection gages, pressure transducers, load cells, thermocouples, RTDs, accelerometers, and analog circuitry.
  • •Must be available for assigned shifts (1st shift start 8:00 AM or 2nd shift start 2:30 PM) and able to work overtime and weekends as needed.
