Key Responsibilities

  • •Observe and assist overall branch operations to ensure policy and procedures are followed.
  • •Ensure customer satisfaction with bank products and services, including resolving complaints and problems.
  • •Work with customers to determine mutually acceptable lending arrangements and develop business referrals.
  • •Originate and manage consumer and light commercial loan portfolios, including evaluating and verifying loan applications and credit criteria.
  • •Supervise branch employees with daily activities and personnel-related matters, including interviewing, hiring, and assisting with staffing needs.

Key Requirements

  • •High school or GED plus specialized schooling or on-the-job education, with 5 years related experience and/or training, and 12 to 18 months related management experience (or equivalent).
  • •Registered with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS).
  • •Ability to originate consumer loans by interviewing applicants, gathering information, and processing preliminary documents.
  • •Knowledge of applicable federal laws and regulations, state laws and regulations, and bank policies/procedures, including regulatory and compliance requirements.
  • •Ability to lead a team and supervise a small group of employees (3-7), handling difficult situations and resolving personnel/customer issues.
