Job Summary

Support the Institutional Advisor team by producing client-facing sales materials, including RFP responses, pitch books, and new business/product presentations. Research and ensure written accuracy, maintain an RFP response repository, and track production workflows. Collaborate with Segment and Field Sales professionals and assist with wholesaling, prospect vetting, client experience initiatives, and event planning to help improve institutional investment win rates.

Key Responsibilities

•Create content, edit, and publish RFP responses, new business/product presentations, pitch books, and collateral materials within deadlines.
•Handle final production of RFP responses, including copying, binding, and shipping by required deadlines.
•Research and ensure accuracy of written content.
•Maintain a repository of RFP responses and track production workflows and assigned projects independently.
•Support Director of Institutional Sales with wholesaling activities, client experience and prospect vetting, and contribute to event planning initiatives.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 57,000 - 87,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Minimum two years’ experience supporting and enabling business, commercial, or institutional investment sales teams.
•Demonstrated professional skills in writing, editing, graphics, and production of print and related media.
•Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to clearly communicate strategy and expectations.
•Strong organizational and interpersonal skills to work effectively with external/internal clients and subject matter experts.
•Ability to manage multiple projects at once while meeting strict deadlines and competing priorities.
