Job Summary

Lead independent Social/IMC client work by uncovering business needs, shaping strategies, and driving comprehensive social and integrated campaigns. Serve as daily client contact and client lead when appropriate, oversee account quality and operational performance, and contribute to research, planning, and development. Produce strong written communications, communications plans, and proposals while developing outreach plans, messaging, event management, and spokesperson pitching and training.

Key Responsibilities

•Partner with existing clients and team members to uncover needs and craft strategies and plans that meet client business objectives.

•Oversee account quality and operational performance, ensuring work quality and deadline adherence.
•Create outreach plans, manage events, develop messages, support new business proposals, and pitch/training spokespersons for presentations and speeches.
