Branch Leader - Welcome

Lead all aspects of an assigned branch, driving performance through coaching, managing teammates, and building business development results. Grow revenue by delivering small business and mass affluent strategies, executing face-to-face client routines and outbound prospecting, and strengthening Truist’s community presence. Ensure compliance with internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management. Manage human capital decisions including hiring, workforce scheduling, performance reviews, and counseling, partnering with IRM and operations to promote a One Team culture.
