Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform bodywork on multiple panels in Carvana reconditioning/inspection centers.
  • •Complete tasks including heavy plastic welding, minor metal pulling, roof and rocker panel repair, and large-area bodywork (including Bondo repair).
  • •Use state-of-the-art tools to ensure vehicles are inspected and perfected for delivery.
  • •Work mandatory overtime based on business needs when required.
  • •Follow safety procedures and use required personal protective equipment during the shift.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum of 3 years of professional automotive bodywork experience.
  • •Ability to perform bodywork on multiple panels, including heavy plastic welding, minor metal pulling, roof and rocker panel repair, and large-area bodywork (including Bondo repair).
  • •Must be able to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools and lift up to 60 pounds independently.
  • •Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver’s license (some positions may be subject to an MVR check).
  • •Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and sometimes be exposed to excessive weather conditions (heat/cold), using safety equipment as needed.
