Source and sell Truist Mortgage Loan products in an inbound/outbound call center environment, using internal referrals and outbound phone sales to meet individual production goals and standards. Maintain knowledge of Truist mortgage strategies, policies, procedures, and secondary market investor guidelines. Advise clients on mortgage options and execute the referral process to deepen relationships with other bank services. Support fulfillment with document follow-up during quality control and post-closing review.
