Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and develop teams of Cost Control professionals on complex client projects or programmes.
  • •Drive continuous improvement in cost control (and interfacing project controls) processes to create efficiency and increasing benefits to our clients.
  • •Develop and maintain relationships with interfacing disciplines including Finance, Commercial and Project Managers to ensure alignment of project information.
  • •Drive the implementation, embed and roll-out of any identified changes to cost control processes.
  • •Appropriately select, implement, administer, and maintain cost control systems to meet client requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Essential: Lead Cost Control experience with management responsibility; extensive project environment experience; intermediate–advanced Earned Value Management (EVM) understanding; ability to challenge; Excel and MS Office proficiency; understanding of how Scheduling, Risk, Reporting and Change Control interact with Cost Control; proven team leadership; experience implementing Cost Control processes; clear understanding of Cost Control vs Finance.
