•Provide leadership and direction to the compliance team, mentoring and training to grow the team
•Lead end-to-end compliance oversight for new and existing products across multiple jurisdictions
•Carry out compliance assessments across relevant jurisdictions to advise on implementation of solutions/products
•Report identified compliance risks and gaps, propose solutions, and drive implementation
•Act as a point of contact with Accredited Test Labs and consultants and build strong working relationships
