Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide strong client experience in the branch by being present with clients and teammates and resolving complex service issues.
  • •Coach tellers to ensure efficient, effective, and accurate performance of teller functions in an in-person setting.
  • •Identify financial wellness opportunities during client conversations and transition clients to a banker for deeper discussions.
  • •Manage day-to-day teller scheduling and teller-line operations, including staffing issues and branch compliance with regulatory, security, and internal audit controls.
  • •Support product knowledge by reviewing and maintaining guides, fees, and policies; assist the Branch Manager with onboarding and training new tellers.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 18.75 - 25 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience (required).
  • •Minimum 3 years of demonstrated superior client relationship skills (required).
  • •Minimum 3 years of experienced cash handling (required).
  • •Working knowledge of PC with Windows-based applications and a calculator (required).
  • •Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, foster teamwork, and manage multiple tasks organizationally (required).
