Job Summary

Drive consignment growth by acquiring luxury items from clients through daily outreach and in-home appointments. Build and manage a pipeline of new and reactivated consignors using Salesforce CRM, convert leads into consignors, and consistently meet monthly quotas. Guide clients through contract and pricing expectations, coordinate item pickup and shipment to RealReal e-commerce centers, and deliver a white-glove consignment experience while partnering with Retail and Consignor Relations teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Engage new and existing clients through daily outreach and in-home appointments to drive consignment activity and repeat business.
•Source new leads, reactivate lapsed clients, and convert marketing-qualified leads into consignors using Salesforce CRM.
•Meet or exceed monthly quotas by driving key performance metrics and contributing to revenue growth.
•Acquire luxury consignment items and coordinate end-to-end pickup and shipment to The RealReal’s e-commerce centers.
•Present and review consignment contracts, align pricing expectations using internal tools and luxury market expertise, and deliver a high-touch consignment experience while collaborating with Retail and Consignor Relations teams.

Travel: Extensive travel

•Results-oriented and able to operate independently in a fast-paced, field-based environment.
•Able to commit to a 40-hour workweek, reside in the assigned territory, hold a valid driver’s license, and lift up to 25 lbs as needed; willing to travel more than 70% within the designated market.
