Key Responsibilities

  • •Study blueprints, drawings, and specifications to understand part requirements, dimensions, and tolerances.
  • •Set up CNC machines by selecting and securing fixtures, tools, attachments, and materials.
  • •Start and monitor machine operations to produce parts accurately and efficiently.
  • •Inspect parts using precision measuring equipment (including calipers and CMM) and verify first-piece quality.
  • •Identify and troubleshoot machining issues, collaborate with engineering/production/quality teams, and maintain a safe, organized work environment.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • •Experience or formal training in CNC machine setup and operation.

  • •Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 70 pounds while working safely in a manufacturing environment.
