Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end financial deliverables including forecasting, reporting, and analysis to meet annual budget and monthly planning cycles.
  • •Drive month-end close for your areas with detailed variance analysis and partnership with the Accounting team to maintain data integrity.
  • •Proactively analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities and surface the “why” behind results.
  • •Partner with Platform leadership as a trusted financial advisor by preparing and presenting analysis during business reviews and translating data into recommendations.
  • •Build and maintain financial models to quantify risks, opportunities, and investment trade-offs across the portfolio.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, investment banking, or similar fast-paced finance environments.
  • •Experience managing large-scale OpEx budgets (including headcount, infrastructure, AI, and contractors) across multiple cost centers.
  • •Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders on resource allocation and investment decisions using clear, actionable financial analysis.
  • •Advanced financial modeling skills and SQL proficiency for data analysis.
  • •Hands-on experience with planning tools (e.g., Anaplan, NetSuite) and data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau), plus responsible use of generative AI tools and copilots in daily workflows.
