Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the primary liaison between Finance and Technology for Oracle Fusion ERP, EPM, and in-scope non-Oracle finance applications with accountability across teams.
  • •Oversee demand intake and requirements work: discovery, estimation, dependency/risk assessment, prioritization, and roadmap development.
  • •Lead functional solution design and configuration governance across business processes, reporting, data, security, and controls for finance-owned applications.
  • •Deliver projects and enhancements from approved requirements through testing, business acceptance, release, stabilization, and benefits realization.
  • •Establish incident and service-request processes, manage ticket backlogs and SLAs, coordinate incident resolution with Technology/vendors, and drive problem management and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • •10+ years in finance systems, including 5+ years leading distributed and offshore teams.
  • •Deep hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and EPM financial modules.
  • •Proven experience eliciting and documenting requirements, leading functional solution design, and configuring finance applications in controlled production.
  • •Experience with formal change, incident, problem, and service-request processes in an IT service management platform such as ServiceNow.
