Define portfolio creative strategy aligned with business goals, guide multiple titles from incubation through live operations, and set a high-quality bar across game and product design, art, and audio. Mentor multidisciplinary creative teams, drive incubation and experimentation, and partner with studio leadership and cross-functional teams to shape roadmaps and decisions using player insights and KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

•Define and drive studio creative portfolio strategy aligned with Netflix Games and business objectives (engagement, retention, growth).
•Oversee multiple TV (cloud) and mobile titles’ creative direction from incubation through live operations, evaluating project health and recommending investment decisions.
•Lead, mentor, and shape core creative disciplines (Game and Product Design, Art, and Audio) and raise the overall quality bar.
•Champion collaborative, holistic, player-focused creative practices and support new game incubation and experimentation for rapid learning and iteration.
•Partner with studio leadership and cross-functional teams (production, engineering, data, marketing) to align on creative assessment, product roadmapping, goals, timelines, and resources.

Key Requirements

•Proven portfolio leadership setting and executing a consistent product and creative vision across multiple game projects or a portfolio.
•Experience leading creative direction for titles across the full lifecycle (incubation, production, launch, live operations).
•Demonstrated experience leading and scaling creative teams and products in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
•Background building and managing high-performing multi-disciplinary teams and cross-functional partnerships.
•Deep understanding of game development, core creative disciplines (game/service design, art, audio), and using KPIs and player insights to inform decisions.
