Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide technical and operational support to production, including implementation support for changes, equipment/machinery, and new processes and products.
  • •Develop operational sequences and required documentation; create/update MILs, SW, WRA, MOC, and visual aids; support setup changes and product integration/validation.
  • •Support the assembly/testing area with daily troubleshooting, repairs, calibration, maintenance, and continuous improvement (KAIZEN), including support for Process Control and Test (PCaT).
  • •Analyze performance and test data (e.g., yield) and assist in projects aimed at improving plant metrics such as PPM, warranty claims, Fill Rate, OTP, yield, and scrap.
  • •Follow safety, quality, and company policies; support corrective actions and training, assist in safety and ergonomics studies, and support Tier 2 daily actions using Power BI.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, electronics, industrial, or chemical engineering.
  • •1 year or less of experience in a manufacturing environment with advanced processes and industrial equipment (may include Capstone, COOP, or work practices).
  • •1 year or less of experience as a tester/automation environment, including automation of equipment and PLC programming (may include Capstone, COOP, or work practices).
  • •Advanced Spanish and advanced English (read, write, and speak).
  • •Knowledge tied to quality processes and ISO9001, Lean methodology, basic statistics, and ability to use Windows and operate AS-400.
