Production Machine Operators - $22.07/hr Starting Pay

Operate and maintain Avery Dennison manufacturing lines by performing machine set-ups, changeovers, and monitoring equipment to hit production targets. Troubleshoot malfunctions to find root causes, ensure precision using tape measures and tools to achieve close tolerances and “zero-defect” quality, and maintain a safety-first mindset while stepping in to support coworkers and site goals. This role runs a 12-hour night shift with a 2-2-3 rotation.
