Lead the Model Risk Management program across Affirm, validating machine learning models used for credit underwriting, credit risk, and fraud detection; identify weaknesses, drive remediation with model owners, and strengthen the MRM framework. Partner with internal audit, controls, and compliance to address regulatory requests and ensure robust, well-documented model risk governance.
