Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the SVP’s calendar and daily schedule, prioritizing meetings and ensuring follow-through on commitments.
  • •Coordinate speaking engagements with the communications team so the SVP is prepared, and maintain a running list of engagements.
  • •Plan and organize meetings by assembling agendas, handling logistics, and accommodating technology requirements.
  • •Prepare travel packs for international trips and manage travel and expenses for the SVP.
  • •Support special projects with research, analysis, data compilation, and reports; mentor other administrators.

Key Requirements
