Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the development and execution of integrated go-to-market plans aligned with business objectives and commercial priorities, including maintaining the GTM calendar.
  • •Lead end-to-end New Article Code (NAC) creation and manage the country hyperlocal product calendar to meet seasonal launch and ranging needs.
  • •Develop and coordinate product design briefs and oversee contracting with external partners and agencies.
  • •Support in-season channel execution and commercial performance by coordinating campaign readiness, tracking pricing updates, and monitoring product performance.
  • •Drive GTM operations and reporting by maintaining GTM files/templates/trackers, monitoring deadlines, running dashboards/reporting, and supporting post-launch reviews.

Key Requirements

  • •2–5 years of experience in Go-to-Market, Product Operations, Merchandising, Brand Marketing, Sales Operations, or a related function.
  • •Strong project management and coordination skills to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
  • •Experience with product lifecycle processes, article creation, assortment planning, or retail/consumer goods operations (preferred).
  • •Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to work effectively in a cross-functional environment.
  • •Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and reporting tools, plus excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
