Key Responsibilities

  • •Support robust credit-risk assessment across a diversified portfolio of leased aviation assets, including commercial aircraft, engines, and helicopters.
  • •Partner with Front Office deal teams to balance delivery with disciplined credit standards and articulate risk perspectives in line with internal policies.
  • •Operate as second-line defence for independent credit-risk oversight across new transactions and ongoing portfolio management within designated aviation sectors.
  • •Assist in monitoring exposures, risk trends, and performance; contribute to watch-list management, impairment/provisioning analysis, and credit review reporting.
  • •Manage deliverables and personal development independently and collaboratively, ensuring responsibilities are completed on time and risks are identified, assessed, and escalated appropriately.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree or relevant professional qualifications (e.g., ACA, ACCA, ACT, CFA) or strong interest in developing in aviation finance and credit risk.
  • •Around 2+ years of experience in credit, risk, finance, or analytical roles in an international bank, financial institution, or aviation leasing environment.
  • •Experience with financial products such as corporate lending, leasing, derivatives, capital markets, or asset finance.
  • •Ability to support preparation and review of credit assessments and new-business proposals with strong judgment and decision-making.
