Key Responsibilities

•Bridge generative AI research with real-world industrial applications, addressing the 'last mile' problem of grounded, performant models in agent solutions.
•Design and prototype AI-native agent workflows and system integrations, including industry-tailored LoRA fine-tuned models.
•Implement production-quality code integrating AI model APIs with agent frameworks and supporting tools such as RAG and vector databases.
•Optimize prompt chains and caching strategies to improve latency, throughput, and cost at scale.
•Develop evaluation frameworks and guardrails (LLM-as-a-judge, human-in-the-loop) and lead/mentor regional Solutions Architects in Korea & Japan.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
•5+ years of related experience in AI-native roles such as solution architect, product solution, or forward deployed engineer (FDE).
•Proven experience leading Solutions Architect teams.
•Deep understanding of AI solutions on public cloud, including LLM applications across verticals like e-commerce, social & entertainment, and FinTech.
•Practical AI infrastructure knowledge including GPU selections and inference acceleration frameworks such as vLLM and sglang.
