Key Responsibilities

  • •Answer phone calls according to the company\'s Telephone Etiquette standards to complete sales and ensure guest satisfaction.
  • •Be familiar with the types of rooms, suites, and villas offered and with the resort\'s services, features, rates, seasons, and policies.
  • •Capture new reservations, make changes, and cancel reservations across sales channels (wholesale, group, FIT).
  • •Enter and review reservation details, deposits, and payments, including deposits and refunds, according to policy.
  • •Prepare confirmations and organize guest information (preferences, flight details, special requests) for departments and archives.
