Job Summary

Deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand. Build lasting client relationships through styling, fashion expertise, and tailored recommendations while meeting personal and store sales KPIs. Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling (including short-form video) to drive repeat purchases and capture data. Support daily store operations including transactions, replenishment, visual merchandising, and inventory cycles.

Key Responsibilities

•Represent Coach as a brand ambassador by following the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
•Build client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice while driving cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
•Develop and execute personal sales plans to meet or exceed individual and team KPIs, sourcing new customers and following up to close sales.
•Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
•Support store operations including transactions (purchases/returns/exchanges/online pickups), daily operational tasks, maintaining floor/stockroom readiness, and supporting inventory cycles.

Key Requirements

•1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred) with knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
•Experience operating POS and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS), including ability to read price/release sheets.
•Strong English proficiency.
•Luxury retail background and social media savvy, including experience with live-stream shopping or video demos and clienteling/data acquisition skills (preferred).
•Ability to work at a fast pace and lift 25 lb regularly (up to 50 lb occasionally), including climbing, bending, kneeling, and maneuvering the sales floor/stockroom.
